Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, Exotic Drive does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your selected scent, quantity, and delivery address.

Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect (wrong item shipped), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review these cases individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 in relation to goods that are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
