By placing an order with Exotic Drive, you agree to the following terms.

Products: All fragrance products are sold for personal automotive use. Product images are representative; actual packaging or bottle design may vary slightly.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, delivery outside our service area, or inventory issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.

Pricing: Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable Ontario HST is added at checkout.

Age requirement: By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

Final sale: As stated in our Refund Policy, all purchases are final except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Limitation of liability: Exotic Drive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, including but not limited to allergic reactions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Changes to terms: We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
